Shipping and Return Policy

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 25 business days for US orders and 40 business days for international orders. We will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY:

Returns are welcomed within 7 days of arrival, postage at cost of customer. Assuming product and packaging is its original state, a full amount will be refunded. At cost of customer, we can assist in providing a return label and refund the order amount minus cost of return label postage upon arrival.

With submitted video evidence from customer email on file, Cliffset will cover the cost of repair or component replacement in the case of product failure (meaning loss of original functionality). This does not apply to loss, theft, or cosmetic degradation.
